Had some leftover uncooked crappie from the weekend and decided to try some this am. Cut bacon and crappie into squares, seasoned flour on the fish, cooked them in the bacon grease then a couple soft scrambled eggs. Some of the best crappie I’ve ever had. Attachment 304022 gonna try this again, maybe add some salsa
