Melvern or Shawnee

I have a buddy headed to one or possibly both of these lakes this coming weekend. He likes to fish walleye. Anyone got any starting points I can give him?

I have not been since my boat is in the shop but I have seen a few boats fishing the hump just to the
West Of Eisenhower state park point
