Caught in a TN pond evidently. Write up on Wiredtofish.com about it. just saw it.
Interesting that the current world record and now this pending one came from smaller ponds and not one of the major reservoirs. Common belief is crappie over populate in smaller bodies of water and stunt growth if not managed closely.
Going back to my friend's pond later this month. Was going after bedding bream, but may change to crappie.
You probably would have to change pants after your heart settled down! :Rofl
