Lots of fun on High Rock today. 12 to 14 down in 18 to 21 fow. 35 crappie 9 to 11 in. couple Perch, a nice white bass, and 6 cats up to 4 lbs. Minnows trolled around bridge. Glad to know they are moving back to open water.

Good job..I fished HR Wednesday & did not do as well as I did the previous Wednesday.
When coming in I saw a couple & asked if they were keeping fish. I gave them my fish & when he opened his cooler I couldn't believe it. They had a great number of big fish. He showed me his rig::6' rod with slip cork adjusted to 16' & minnows...That's where he found the big ones.
I served on the intrepid in 1962-1963 . worked in the weather office on the 07 level

Thanks. Going tonight. Last Monday, caught a 14 and 13 1/2. Kept 16 over 10 inches. Hope they are still there. Very surprised to see some still with eggs.Quote:
