For the guys who do nitestalks on Wylie I was wondering which of the ramps would be the safest ramp to leave your vehicle at night was thinking about trying South fork and don't know which landing to launch was thinking about South point wondering if y'all have any suggestions would appreciate it
South point would be the best one.
Side note: I went for a few hours last week up the south fork for a little night fishing in main channel. Didn’t get any good bait going but managed a few anyhow.

I second that. I have never saw anything I didn't like at a ramp at night, but I really like the idea of having backup in the back pocket.Quote:

Never can be too safe. The reason I like the security of South Point access, one way in and one way out. Criminals are lazy and are looking for the lazy way. BIG risk of getting caught on the way out if you are an idiot there.
Compare that with issues at a Riverbend on Mtn Island. 3 counties and several major roads to slip off into. Works the same way for B&E of residences.
