If you are single polling how long do you stay in one spot if you have not had a bite?
If you are spider rigged do you loop back over the same area several times ?

When spider rigging if seeing fish on screen will make couple of passes going both ways. If I catch some will continue going through the school until I don't catch any more.

Single pole to me depends on time of the year. Spring I’m moving pretty quick. Couple minutes a top and I’m gone. Winter is slow.
Really depends a lot on what water you’re fishing also.

SINGLE POLING JUST DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH AREA YOU ARE COVERING . CAUSE YOU CAN MOVE THREE FEET AND IT ALL WILL CHANGE .
Especially if you are in the back of the boat!
On a spring like this year I have been moving pretty fast single pole fishing. The fish seem to be scattered because there is so much water. I have found very few spots where I could just stand there and catch several fish off of one top.
