Went to Nolin today and caught these all close to the banks less than 8 ft deep .caught them all on chartreuse roadrunner with a purple and chartreuse tube and nibbles .I think they are starting to get that loving feeling lolAttachment 300474

Nice fish! I hope to fish Nolin more this year. I caught a few Saturday evening in a short time casting a slider grub back in a cove. But they were nothing like the size of some of those!!
Those are some plates!! I didn't know Nolin had crappie that size.
Sometimes it does but it was a pleasant surprise although I know these are pre spawn and most of weight is most likely roe but still very fun to catch and i will enjoy eatingQuote:
