Kudos to Xpress customer service

Short story....recarpeting my Xpress. Box hardware popriveted on with a different style of rivet. Unable to locate them.
Emailed Xpress and cut to the end. Bag of rivets headed my way. Didn't expect it to be so easy.Won't call ' em by name to respect their privacy but thanks guys.

Good people there. They handled your problem as I would expect them to. Hats off to them.
