I am not failure with that jig and would guess it's a name someone gave one of their jigs? A picture of it would be helpful, but I did a quick search and did see a jig on eBay someone selling with that name, but not sure if it's the one your talking about.
Oh okay it's Rabbit, let me look more! So that is just tip dyed rabbit on that jig.

Easy enough just tie a two tone blue over white and use some silver and blue Krystal flash and you will have it
I fish a hair jig that I matched to this jig a few years ago. Having trouble finding a picture but this is the paint I had mixed up to work with.

A Iil pearl in the bottom and I think it'd be perfect.
If I still fished plastics, a Bobby garland blue thunder was always in my box.

Not the same colors, but here are a couple of Rabbit jigs, one is just crosscut and the other uses crosscut and a zonker strip.
