For those of us looking forward to getting our lines wet the first week of April, we will in the middle of a huge cold front!:( Accuweather.com says possible snow flurries on Saturday the 7th. Daytime temps that week expected to be low to mid 50's. What do we have to look forward to? Fish moving back out or just shutting down? This will be my first trip there so I'm hoping to still have some luck catching fish!!!
I knew that all this good weather was to good to be true. Guess that will be Dogwood winter. I'm still a bit skeptical of long range weather predictions, maybe it will not be as bad as they have predicted. If it does happen, things will be tough.
According to today's Accuweather, at KY Lake, the cold front is not supposed to come in until that Friday with good weather thru Thursday. This will be fit my schedule just fine, since I am supposed to be fishing with OldGuide on Wed. and Thurs. of that week.
Marv - You must be the fella Oldguide was telling me about. I wanted to go with him the 5th. If it is you he was talking about, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Good fishin!!!

I'm sorry fellas but I'm stuck on this towboat until 4/10 I have been praying for a bad cold front to hold them off until I can get home & take my dad. Sorry! :D

After checking te forecast today, looks as if my prayers are being answered!!!! Sorry Wiskers:D
Which weather are you checking? Weather.com has highs of 65 for Wed & Thurs of next week but Accuweather has highs only of 53. My hope is Weather.com is correct.
