I recently bought a boat off a guy and verified it wasn't stolen by highway patrol but the guy I bought it off of had no title neither did the guy he bought it off of and probably so on and so forth. Has anybody had experience with getting a title on a boat in Missouri that has possibly never been titled since 1973 when it was created? If so PM me please and thank you.
Go to the license bureau and apply for a lost title. They will have a form for the highway patrol to verify the serial numbers are not reported stolen and they will issue a new title.
