I was looking at the Bass Pro website and found an option for a tree snugger when building a boat. I can't find a description for what this is or looks like. Anybody know?

Well, I never (Mom used to say that). I thought I had seen everything but that takes the cake. Not sure if I want to be tethered that tight when the 5 foot pounding wave from a silly surf boarder hits me, though.
