Hello Stumpy......I was there all weekend long grillin and chillin. We fished Saturday and fought the wind by staying in coves. We kept 9 crappie, 5 bass, and 1 bluegill and gave up the fight around 2 o'clock. Didn't fish at all today because it was cold and windy again this morning.
The fish we caught were still shallow on the banks. Caught them all casting at banks with slow retrieve. Bobby Garland Cajun Crickets and Kalins Tennessee Shad on 1/16 oz jig heads. Good luck to you.

Went to Gresson fished wed. evening and thur. About eleven hrs in all. Caught 10 nice slabs wed. Didnt expect to good day thur .with the cold front. Caught 24 slabs thurs. The wind was bad both days. The wife and I had a blast. Got pics but dont know how to post them
