Pioneer village in Austin comes to mind. May be somewhere closer.

That's the bad part about live bait in this part of the state. I live in Jeffersonville but will be fishing Hardy and other nearby lakes mostly and Pioneer Village near Hardy is the only place I know of with live minnows. I fish Guntersville in AL a bunch with my dad and just about every business sells minnows down there lol
You can get them at Sayers in Charlestown if you're in Jeff. He supplies all the shops in this area.
