Found a few crappie on points today. Chilly...breezy...water temperatures 50-51 degrees and water levels lower than I've ever seen. I'm so ready for warm water...and well...just water...and finding some shallow crappie again. It's almost April ! A pic of a 14-inch black crappie I caught today.

Great fish! They must be really expedting the rain for it to be that low! It’s funny how the forecasters always miss it. But when they pull the lakes down that low you can count on really getting lots of water!

Nice fish! I found 53 degrees on Ft Loudoun yesterday. Like you said, the water is extremely low. We caught a few, but not near enough to get excited about.
