Anybody know about this bounty

I was reading up on Cowan creek and saw they had 1012 fish tagged worth 172k. The say 12 fish have 10k tags.

Does anyone have any info. Link below

One of our club members caught one during our club tournament Saturday that was a $50. fish. One $10,000. fish is tagged and released each weekend and must be caught that weekend to qualify for the prize if I am correct. Hope someone from the area can confirm this. Good luck.
