Lake Greeson 3-24-18

Spring Break is just about over, but I had to go back this weekend. Fished with my cousins Randy and Mike. Didn't catch many, but the ones we caught were good uns! Caught them shallow using jigs and minnows under corks in about 3 fow around the buck brush.

Here's cousin Mike with another big hawg that he caught on a minnow.

We ended up with 11 Saturday and we caught 8 more Sunday.

Last year we were catching 40 of those a day casting shallow banks. This year, it's totally different and they're very scarce. When the cork goes under though, you had better grab the net because you're gonna need one with those hawgs!
