Anyway to regenerate a spiral cell battery?

I have seen tons of advertising about regenerating batteries,,, does anyone have a way or know how to do this? I bought a good charger and the battery still won't budge from 11.7 v....hate to throw away a good battery if I could use it on electronics at least,,,

Those batteries have one big draw back when they die they are dead. No warning. Works good one day then next it will never take a charge again.
