Updating Helix 10

Been contemplating this for a bit. I have both slots filled, one with Smart Strike and one with Lakemaster. Is there any issue on which I remove to put the SD card in with the update? And I assume I merely remove the update SD card when finished and replace it with the card I removed previously? Seems simple yet I do not want to screw it up. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Pull them BOTH during your update process, then return them after the update.
