norman crappie 3-10-18

It was bad slow today for us!!! I must have forgot how to catch crappie! We couldn't find them today and when we found a few, they wouldn't bite! water temp has dropped, 51 to 54 depending on where you were. we tried deep brush, 20 to 30 feet, not much there, tried shooting docks , not much there, caught a few vertical jigging around deep docks. Put 28 crappie in the boat, kept 14, biggest was right at 16 inches. caught a few around the bridges. 7;30 am til 3 pm. At least I'll have a few to eat tomorrow.:biggrin

Had planned to go after the big cats, but changed my mind yesterday, should have went after the cats!

Know exactly what you mean had the same problem caught some but man was it tough
