I needed some small finesse ice Jigs and tried some 3 MM tungsten heads. The heads weight in at 8 grains which is a heavy 1/64 once with a # 14 hook.

Killers for sure.
I got to try the jigs yesterday afternoon. The jigs worked quite well as the fish would rise up five feet to eat the lure.
I caught a bunch of Gills ranging from five to nine inches, the action was steady.
The down side is the very small hook size(#14), a lot of fish came unbuttoned at the ice hole.Attachment 291983Attachment 291982Attachment 291981
Looks good and seems you did well, congrats! I have a bunch of Tungsten Beads to use for making the head on a jig hook and they are nice and small, lol!
