Bait

Has anyone been fishing under any Bridges or anywhere that has been using lights that has seen any bait in them Russell Lake Clarks Hill area

Quit night fishing long time ago but have heard that bait is moving back into the creeks some now. That's on CH lake....not sure about Russell.
