Thats good therapy Dwayne
Therapy isn't the word....
It's funny about cat fish. I love to eat em when cooked right but can't stand to catchem.
Guess that's a reflection of my cooking skills,

my Dad will go to Toledo and catch 40-70 catfish a day with a buddy of his. That cleaning is just too much work. I can’t stand eating fish with bones, so my cat fishing is limited to trotlining for flatheads. We caught a channel cat about 3 lbs Sunday on a shiner. It went back in just about as fast as humanly possible. You can’t beat the destressing though. I’ve been jobless since December so I need all the destressing I can get!
How bout a little cat love! On lake Verret its a blast to catch these "sweet cats" in the flooded cypress around the lake.
I learned long ago how to fillet these dudes just like any other fish. I can shuck a 1 pound cat as fast as a 1 pound Sacalait.
I know a couple of "pros" in Des Allemands (Sphars restaurant) that can process cats faster than you could imagine. Its really something to see.
