2/17/18 trip

Went over to blind river in the kayak. Conditions were perfect. Water temps higher than I thought they'd be in the low 70's. Didn't get out there till around lunchtime and only caught a few keepers with double the throwbacks. Looks like they hadn't turned on yet there. The late afternoon bite was better and I brought home around 15 with a few nice fish. May be my last chance for a few weeks unfortunately with a saltwater tournament coming up. Everything caught on blue and white tube jig 2' under a cork on fish suspended in 4-8' of water. Tight lines!
