What do you see?
First thing, I'm still getting used to the fancy sonars so my settings may not be the best. And yes I do have a little interference from the trolling motor. That being said, I snapped these at Cumberland the other day. Found multiple schools of these fish near the channel drop off. I'm pretty sure they're too big to be crappie! I did try to get a bite nust for curiostiy but eass unsucessful. Anybody know what kind of fish these are?

At Cumberland I would guess stripers. KY or Barkley I'd say Asian carp.

I was thinking stripers but wasn't sure. Whatever they were, they were big.

Great shot ...
(The vertical lines in the DI image look like Crosstalk interference ... Were you running another unit at the same time ...??)

Yeah, Rickie, my console unit was on but I tried changing the frequency on it earlier to eliminate the verticle lines on the bow unit but nothing changed. These lines are only present when the trolling motor is running. They also change or go away at different speeds. I was reading another post that you commented on about the onboard charger. I'm gonna disconnect it from my cranking battery the next time I go out to see if it will eliminate the problem. I like running both units on 455(side scan at console) because I miss things if I run 800. When the transducer was mounted on the trolling motor, the interference would completely fill the screen. It's 1000 times better now.
