St John's 2/4/18
After three weeks of no fishing due to helping a friend replace Irma soaked drywall I snuck off after work for a little time on the water.
Had trouble leaving work as early as I wanted to so it didn't leave enough time to do much, I decided to check out one of the creeks to see if they have moved in to spawn yet. Only caught 12 fish and not a lot of size to most of them. Did end up with one just over two pounds, about a 4 lb mudfish on a jig (that was a battle) and snagged a turtle. All in all it was time on the water, hard to complain about that. The lizards were out in force soaking up the sunshine and I don't blame them, it was a beautiful afternoon.
