Patti's in Grand Rivers was gutted by fire this morning. Living close by, we consider it a special event place that we can't afford to visit very often but the food is always top notch.
They plan to rebuild immediately.

How awful. I personally felt the food quality while good was a little over hyped and nothing spectacular, but I enjoyed occasionally going there with the family. Just a fun place beyond the restaurant. The little zoo, the complex itself, the neighborhood all makes for a fun place to walk around with a family. I hope they successfully rebuild.
Any word on how the fire started?
They said on the news this morning that they would rebuild. If I had Valentine's reservations though I'd probably go ahead and get one elsewhere.
Little pricey but we go there maybe 2-3 times a year. Hopefully they get it fixed back up. It's a popular place, every time I drive over to Grand Rivers to go grocery shopping, they are packed.
The family and I just got our 2" Pork Chop fix the other night when they donated a portion of their proceeds from the day the the familys from Marshall Co.
When Pattis made the announcement we figured it was a no lose propostion.
Good food and for a Wonderful Cause!
Disappointing news, my wife and I’s favorite place, always eat there for our anniversary but that’s next week, guess I’ll take her to Cracker Barrel

That was very sad to hear yesterday. We have eaten there several times and food was always great. I hope nobody was hurt.
12 anniversary dates in a row ice shared there with my wife. Hope to see them running again before December so we don't miss. Good fishing guys.
