Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. I know alot of you guys in Kentucky come down to Alabama to fish lake Weiss every year. The wife and I recently bought the Pruetts fish camp. We have done tons of renovations and have the place looking pretty good. We're not done but things are progressing nicely. March and April are prime time to catch some great crappie but crappie fish here is pretty good year round. If anyone is looking to plan a trip check out our web site or give us a call.

Hey Cowan creek. My folks live close to you all. I come down every spring break and fish there for 10 days. We pay to launch at your ramp, we purchase gas and food from you. My brother comes over and does the same 20-30 times more a year, spending his $ there. It would be really nice if we could clean our fishing at your cleaning station before we left the lake.
Wantin2b, when you get down come on over would love to meet you guys. You are more than welcome to clean fish here. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself.
There's a group of us that always come down mid march. Part of our morning ritual was always getting breakfast at pruetts. Couldn't last year cause it wasn't open... I think it jinxed our luck, as we didn't have as good a trip as usual. Course the first morning it was 9 degrees, that could've had an effect. ��

Absolutely,.since taking over we have done tons of renovations. What we didn't change was our breakfast food. Girls come in at 3am to make homemade biscuits every morning.
