Truman ( with Ice)

Went out with Richard Bowling Wednesday January 24th 2018, spent about 5 hrs on Lake, caught our limit and probably threw back a limit and a half, fishing in 35 feet of water 23 feet down. Ice about 1/4 maybe a little thicker to start, water temp on surface 34 degree's, so even if it did get to the fifties,Attachment 287137 on the water felt like 34 with about 5-7 mph winds, but it was sunny so that helped. Fish mostly in 10 inch range with a few in the 11-12 inch range, all good eaters.
Should have called Hdhntr, he would have enjoyed but it was one of those go now without thinking situations. Been sick for too long had to get out…..Oh and did I say we were rigging.

Mongo good for you buddy! I too have been sick for almost a dang month with the creeping crud of some kind. couldn't have gone but thanks for the thought. Richard strikes again! won't let a little ice stop him from taking care of his clients. He's the best!
