Color palettes

Guys I'm using lowrance dsi. Usually set the color to sepia. Just wondering which color palettes you prefer for seeing fish vs structure.

I used the red/yellow/green on mine, when I first started using it ... but the colors were too "busy" for me. I got screens lit up with colors like this :

So I tried the Blue, and started getting shots like these :

I kept it on Blue .... and I intend to use Blue on my Hook 7 (once it's mounted & replaces my Elite 5DSI ... that I broke)

I find the blue easiest to see. Mine shows stuff just like his pictures.
