Beaver lake info....

I an new to crappie fishing, or let's say, I just don't fish for them. I am a catfisherman, but live close to Beaver and want to fish it for crappie.
I can get to Blue Springs pretty quick and know that area of the lake.
My SeaArk is set up for catfishing, so an I-pilot and rod holders are in order. I would appreciate any info about this time of year on Beaver and will take any advice to try it out later this week.

Depends whether you want to be a troller or jigger . You have good electronics ?

Nimrod.....yes, I have a Lowrance HDS 8 with side and down scan.
I just drove over the Blue Springs creek bridge and the water has finally come back up and is slightly muddy, but I am sure that will clear off in a few days.
