Got on the spot in main channel at 130 got these 4 had to go at 3pm. They were in 14 ft of water and slow bite. But it is worth it. Used jigs tip with minnows.Attachment 286763

No ice yesterday in main channel but thin ice in the creeks until around lunch. Nice fish thanks for the post
You found better water than I did. This pic was taken in the main channel just out of the mouth of second creek yesterday at 1pm. Guy in deep-V aluminum boat about 100yds in front of me had his buddy breaking ice with a paddle. I took it as a sign and went to the house. Not worth tearing my stuff up. These chunks were the size of plywood sheets.Quote:
