Just curious about something I've been thinking about. Sometimes I fish alone and was thinking what would happen or how could I get back into my charger bass boat. Does anyone have a set up or a ladder they use or recommend. Especially in cold water.....I never fish alone in the winter still anything can happen....if this thread doesn't belong here I understand...

It works great.
Step on the anti cavitation plate then hop right in. It works.
When I bought my SeaArk I had one put on at the factory. I have tried to climb over the the transom using the motor and I am to old and plush :biggrin to get up and over. I fish a lot by myself in the warmer months and even if the water were warm I would have to just hang on till someone could stop and get me. Could be a long , long, long wait.:Rofl I won't have another boat with out a ladder.
That's what I would do, except I would push the T/T button on the side of my 90hp Merc and ride up part of the way. :biggrinQuote:

Three or four years ago I added a boarding ladder to my Lund. I had always used the motor before but tried it and could barely do it in the summer with a swim suit on. Age and arthritis makes a difference. I had to build a platform at the rear and attach it there. Don't even recall the name brand but it works well. I posted photos at that time but can no longer find them. I had seen a posting on walleye central about doing one and sorta followed that.
Stuck my head out into the garage and snapped a couple of pics. Now if I can figure out how to attach them
