when will the fish come

I put out Christmas trees in early January haven't had a chance to fish them yet (work :rolleyes: ). How long b4 fish move in on new brush piles?

Hey slowpole, me and a buddy put out a huge stake bed set last week. He went and fished it the next day and caught a 1 lber from the set. I'm not sure how long it will be for a tree set but the stake beds are what we use and they work really well.

thanks for the info Crappie Xtream I'm going to try to get to Lake Murray, SC tomorrow will let you know if there are any crappies on my trees

I'm planning to put out some stake beds sometime soon as well, never tried them b4.

I put a cople of tree tops out last year and went back a week later and caught a good mess of fish around 15. Thay have been in the water for a year now and i catch fish off it all the time.

excellent news on your trees THENOVA70SS. still have not had a chance to fish mine. will give you update when I do.
