OK FELLOWS I NEED HELP
GOT SOME CHRISTMAS TREES I'AM GOING TO PUT OUT HAVE'NT DONE THIS IN OVER 30 YEARS
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON ON BEST PLACE TO LOCATE THEM AS TO ON POINTS /OPEN WATER/UNDER BRIDGES . ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Bridges are always a good choice if water is deep enough.

If you find the right location you can sink at a pole or marker (lots of poles in Russell). That will also give you something to tie up to as well.;)

On Hartwell and the Hill, the water is so low it might work just to find somebody else's barely sticking out of the water. Drop yours on top and mark the spot! (That is if you can imagine us eventually getting rain so that they will be fishable...) I prefer hardwood trees to evergreens, but together they should make a heck of a good location!
