I found a dip in Truman is death for an older smart phone. Later models are "water resistant" for a few minutes. Just something I know fer sure............ :twocents
Get a grandkid to show you how to work it.... Thats who showed me some things I could do with it. Already forgot half of them. :scratchhead
They aren't forgiving of water but mine survived a quick dip in the live well last summer. Richard you need to get the Mo Fishing App and the Mo Hunting App from MDC. Good Luck!
My Samsung Galaxy S7 can (theoretically) be in up to 5' of water for up to 30 minutes with no issues. Haven't dropped it in the lake, but it went in the livewell once with no issues (and YES, Bill.....there WAS water (and fish!) in it at the time!!!) and have spilled stuff on it countless times. iPhones were a bit behind the curve on that up until the X (or maybe the one before that??)
Joe's camera just needs an incredible zooooom, something able to reach the highest treetops. :yikes Relive those past fishing trip memories in pic form, nice. Beer proof maybe, Jaeger..dunno
They don’t do well after being immersed in coffee :)
Thanks for the tips. I am still looking for the on button!!:biggrin
