worked on boiling 2 skulls this last week for the kid and her hubby ,her hubby's buck to a bit of time as he hit it with a 270 going away high in the neck and took out some skull bone and concussed a few other fractures in it as well , but in the end they both look pretty good :highfive

How are you going to mount them
I think I will try that on my future deer. Great job.
we don't typically "mount " them , we just run a wire thru the back of the skull and hang as is . some folks like to paint the bone white with off white paint to seal it and keep it together , but they like theirs natural .
