My daugther and i went to lock 6 today fished till about noon i caught one she got five they were pretty small there were a couple of boats doing pretty good but they look like they were small too. May go back tommorrow if i feel up to it by the way look l
ike they were all fishing with minnows.

It was a beautiful afternoon to be on the water. Tomorrow should be nice as well. Maybe a little fish slime on your hands tomorrow will help heal the wounds from the whoppin' that your daughter put on you today.:D And, you're right about the minnows...they seem to be outproducing jigs here lately.

Man keep those reports comming from Felsenthal. I have driven down the higway out of Crosset a number of times and always wished I had time to go fish it sometime. You may just post a report that makes me break down and head that way.

There is a good chance that Sunday, I will hit either Felsenthal or Lake Columbia. I know Jones lake is a good place for crappie, but what about anywhere else? Come on guys, hook a brother up!

bobberwatcher i havent got any good reports on jones lake recently but a couple of weeks ago they were biting real good i understand they bit for about two weeks and then they turned it off just liked you flipped a switch they usually catch them ever time we have a pretty good river rise and when it gets back to a certain stage they bite real well. GOD BLESS
