Must be bow hunting Little Aaron, he's half way up a tree. I, too, have to work today. I want to leave for Louisiana no later than Tuesday evening and still have to install cabinets, lay 500 sf of laminate floor and trim most of the house. Guess I'll be working over the weekend. Once I get to my sons, he wants to shingle his roof so Thanksgiving weekend we'll be stripping and laying 40 sq. of shingles.Happy Holidays to me!
We have begun to ration toilet paper. I've already used my 4 squares for today... and tomorrow. Was also able to ascertain two of Brian's squares when he wasn't looking.
Food rations are holding strong but a resupply mission might be in order. Candy stocks are dwindling.
I actually put pants on today.
Side note: get air freshener for cabin

As I am loading up the truck for work just a bit ago, I look at my blind and see 5 deer crossing in front of it.....I knew I should have asked the boss for the day off.
The way it goes......

Maybe I can drive over and shoot them.....
How much is rent in your second house? Er, Deer Blind.
Wait is it a deer blind or a
“Glunt-orious Abode”....
ROFLMAO
I learned long ago, from observation and notes, that the first two days of Firearm season are the most crucial.
Well, maybe “Easier” Is a better word.
Deer are running their normal patterns. After 2 days of being shot at, by the end of the third day, they are hunkered down, and little movement.
By that time, you either need to be on Private Land with controlled access and activity, or if on State Land, set up by the nastiest, thickest stuff you can find, and wait for one to try and enter or exit.
So for Firearm season I always have the first two days off.
State Land tactics differ from Private Land tactics. I could go into scenarios for both, but those first two/three days are crucial.
At least in my opinion
