I had a huge problem the day I came from admitting my wife into the ICU at St Francis a month ago when I came home I found my heater wasn't working,,, I about lost it when I thought about hiring someone from around Memphis to fix my unit,, In the past, I had some be experiences with guys that just didn't know their stuff, or just overcharged me for a few of their precious minutes to replace a part with minimal effort,,, But Justin was a breath of fresh air,,, a younger fellow here from Barlett area that attends school for commercial type A/C and heating..he diagnosed the issue after various testing and even figured how to install the newer universal computer that was sold to us at local parts store,,, took a bit of reading over and setting up, but Ol Justin figured things out in a jiffy,,, So a Bg thanks to our buddy Justin for taking care of a brother in much dire need! What a great family we have in Crappie .com,,, thanks to all for prayers and concerns during this really really difficult time,,,mGod Bless ya'll!
