Went back on Thursday to catch some more bass. Caught about 20 with a 6 lb spotted bass. Has another about 4 and a small mouth around 4 lbs. The big spot had a belly full of shad. Caught a big crappie and white bass ( stripe ) Very good day. All on live shad. Hope the cold weather does not cause the shad to go deep.

I caught a six pound spot on Smith Lake weighed it took a pic, released it and showed the pic to my mother and her husband(both big time bass fishers)and they told me I should have had it mounted,I thought they was gonna have a fit.If you catch another consider having it mounted its a trophyQuote:
