Very muddy on the upper end so we went down the lake and put in near the dam. Found out almost the entire lake was muddy to murky except the dam area itself. Wonderful day on the water, but not a great "catchin" day.

I havent crappie fished on green river yet but planing a trip in april any tips on whear to fish? I have put in at holmes bend and went right up near white oak creek and caught some nice bass a few times but any info on crappie would be helpful!

Get above the 551 bridge and fish any cover you can find( tree tops,stake beds or the stick-ups in Casey or the River) the water should be or almost at summer pool by then.
If you don't know how to run the channel be careful it can get shallow quick...KP
