I have been looking for a nice set up for my new shop. Feesh posted his in another post and it is a dandy. He admittedly luck up on his find of the stainless top. I ave been looking for something similar and as he said , they are expensive. So please post pictures of your set up in this thread. Maybe we can get some ideas. Thanks "D"

Table my dad made me for Christmas last year. Works great. Have a 5 gallon bucket with holes drilled in the bottom that you slide the scraps into, then they're ready to dump with no water.

"D" your thread got me to thinking about my cleaning tables from the past. Here's a pic from my previous one. A few years and grey hairs ago. You can see it in the background. It was a porcelain coated steel table with a washboard design on both ends. I built a 2x4 frame for it and found a miss-cut countertop from my local building supply. A very inexpensive build. I would still be using it today if the tornado had not sent it to Kansas with Dorothy and Toto. Attachment 278446

I'm leaning to a double stainless sink and cutting board.The regular house stainless sinks are easy to come by used. Built up to the right height for no bending. Already installed a gfci above where I will build table.
I just use two of the bass pro cleaning tables. Perfect height. One to fillet then move them to other to cut ribs. Two peeps can work good this way. Wash them fold them up till next trip
