360 and Mega

Anyone tried a mega unit and the 360?

No different on a mega unit. The transducer in the 360 can only use 455 kHz. I believe when it is running it disables your other frequencies, otherwise you would get cross talk interference.

On the new Solix you still have 2D...83/200 kHz with 360 (that is where they get the depth reading from) when 360 is running on TM, they do disable DI/SI because of possible cross talk. However if my memory is correct you can turn the "Disable" off if you want. My old 999ci does not turn Off the DI/SI.

Right.... I left that off about 2d. Made it sound like it was turned off too. Thanks for making that clear when I didn't.
