Aluminum boat

What's the best thing to bring the shine back to a aluminum bass boat.

I would like to see an answer to that one my self

This much shine or something a little more subtle? This is the bow of my boat about 6 weeks ago prior to replacing the rubber on the top of the bow deck. In the shop I own, we work with aluminum every day. I can tell you how to get any degree of shine you'd like. IMO, what I did to the bow of my boat is WAY to shiny. I killed the shine with acid

mighty, this very similar to what I did. I skipped the sandpaper and buffed it with a red scotch brite pad that's used in auto paint applications then did the polishing with a cheap pad and rouge from Harbor Freight. I put the pad on a Milwaukee side grinder.

I haven't washed my truck in two years and you guys are worried about a shiny boat. Sheesh.
