Crappie-gills-n-more will be donating a crankbait or longline guided trip on KYLake. Trip will be for 2 fishermen for 6 hours.
I would like to see this trip go to a newbie to crappie fishing or a visitor to our event.

Corporate bean counters are wanting to know what's being donated, what it's worth, and to whom it's being donated, and for what "purpose" .... so they can deduct it from their taxes as a charitable case or advertising case or whatever. The Shindig, not being an "organization" in and of itself, would have no such form (and I doubt Crappie.com has one, either). You might ask the manager if he has a "blank" form that all that info could be put on & turned into Corporate. You might check with Slab, first, just in case he knows more about this kinda stuff. I solicited for prizes from a lot of different companies for the original Spring Fling & Fall Brawl get togethers, back in 2000-2005 ... and Chucky has done it for the most part since we've been having them at Green ... and no such request was ever made to me for any such paperwork, and Chucky has never mentioned any such request.
