Anyone took a Pallet, Striped it down. And used PVC for the uprights? That would make it lighter, And easy to fish.
Just screw the PVC to the wood pallets.

i have some pallets and scrap pvc ....thanks for the great idea....
Be sure to use alot of weight to sink them, they float better than you think.
