For blood river that would be wildcat public ramp. At the turn off to wildcat there is a Murray Bait Company which can supply your minnows. Can’t help on the lodging. Maybe someone else can.
Kentucky Beach marina has a nice ramp, cabins, and minnows, they are under new ownership, I met them, seem very eager to please. Just down the road from my house.Quote:
