Dad got up this nice cool morning and decided not to go squirrel hunting, but fishing instead. Kept just enough (5 fish) for supper tonight for him, Mom, my wife, and me........and we had fish left over. Glad he's still able to go by himself at 76.

Age is just a number. Congrats on the successful fishing trip. Some fried squirrel and biscuits and gravy would have en a fine meal as well.

Very nice!!!! Sure is a lucky man. I work in the ER and I see mostly 50yr old people that cannot walk to the bathroom their own. Hate it for em, I know they would rather be fishing.

Love it! I grew up camping at White Oak Lake. My parents would wake me up at the crack of dawn to go fishing. Great memories and great fishing.Quote:
