Crankbait Supplier Comparison: Bandit vs Arkie vs Pico vs Jenko

I have used 3 out of the 4 of these manufacturer crankbaits, and have caught fish on all of them, but consistently caught on 2 of the 3.
So, leaving personal feelings out of this discussion, relationships, prostaff positions, and the list goes on, let's get down to the brass tacks of why one performs better than the other. Day in and day out, which is the best performing crankbait?
Again, performance and catching fish is all that we are after. Crappie could care less who makes them!

I have Arkie's, Bandits and Johnson's. I usually pull a couple of each when I start out and will also have series 300's and 200's till the fish tell me what they want. That said, because of the cost I have a larger selection of the Arkie's in a wider variety of colors than I do Bandits so if I start switching out cranks to different colors I usually wind up with more Arkie's catching fish. One trip out they definitely had a preference for Mad cow (Bandits), I had 2 lines with the mad cow and 6 lines with Arkie's version (Mad Hawg) and caught fish on both brands. I will say its less nerve racking to loose a $3.60 lure versus a $5.49 lure, structure doesn't have a preference, it like em all!!!!!

Personally, I will take both, Colors is the draw to cranks.

My preference comes in 2 colors - shad color and rosy reds ...

I like them all. Haven't tried the Pico yet but I really like the jenko cranks. The seem to go a little deeper with less line. This was this weekend with mainly jenko and bandit 300's. Had to give the bandits about 10-15 feet more line to get them down as far as the jenko. Just my 2 cents. I'm pretty new to this cranking but it's fun when you find em!

I only have 3 to 400 hundred crankbaits so I will need longer to get a comparison. I use bandits most of all and have started using bombers a lot. I have a few Pico's but have not used them enough for a comparison. I haven't done much good on Arkies but they don't get much water time. The bombers are what I'm using the most now and some c55's that I paint myself. Probably won't try the Jenko's as I'm running out of space to carry baits. Give me a couple more years and I could come up with a good answer. But no matter what it is, it's the lure that catch's the fish that I'll be using.
